How the kit works together
The tree saver goes round the anchor, a shackle joins it to the snatch block, and the winch line runs through the block and back to the vehicle – doubling pulling power and letting you recover at an angle. The towing rope handles vehicle-to-vehicle pulls where a winch is not needed.
Safety
Do not exceed the maximum load limits of any component in the kit. The weakest item sets the limit for the whole rig. Always lay a recovery damper over the line during a pull, keep bystanders well outside the danger zone, and never step over a loaded line.
